My wife and I recently relocated to the Lenoir area from Georgia. The schedule for this move was very compressed due to our home in Georgia selling so quickly, and the fact that the mortgage interest rates were rising quickly. I have bought and sold homes at least 8 times during my lifetime, and I can honestly say that Hannah worked the hardest of any real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She far exceeded my expectations. Hannah kept us constantly updated as we went through the process of finding and purchasing a home. She went out of her way to assist us with the (difficult) negotiations with the seller, scheduling home inspections and utility connections, and even provided us with a list of local service providers.
